GO MD USA LLC is an independent program coordination and monitoring group. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, or any government program.

3. No Professional Advice

Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of an authorized care specialist regarding any condition. Submitting our intake form does not create an enrollment relationship; that relationship is established only when an authorized team member confirms eligibility and accepts you into the program.

4. No Coverage Guarantee

References to insurance coverage are general. Actual coverage, copay, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket cost depend on your specific plan and on program eligibility as determined by an authorized coordinator. We do not guarantee that your plan will cover the program or that the Health Link kit will be provided at no cost to you.

5. Communications and Consent

By submitting the intake form, you provide express written consent for GO MD USA and its authorized representatives to contact you by phone (including autodialer and prerecorded voice), text, and email. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Site; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to access non-public areas; (d) interfere with the Site's operation; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or (f) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Site is owned by GO MD USA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
