To qualify for an ACP discount, a household must have a member who meets any of the following criteria:
- Participation in SNAP/Food Stamps/CalFresh
- Receipt of a Pell Grant in the current award year
- Participation in Medicaid/Medi-Cal
- Participation in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Receipt of Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Participation in Section 8/Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Receipt of Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Participation in the Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Participation in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
- An income that is at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level
Documentation such as a card, letter, or official document may be required as proof of participation in one of these programs when applying for the ACP.

Enrollment in ACP is only available to eligible consumers and is limited to one per household, and it is non-transferable. Eligible households can receive one monthly service discount under the ACP. If you are already enrolled in the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, your benefits will automatically transfer to the ACP after the transition period. When the ACP program ends or GO MD USA LLC's promotional FREE ACP service offer ends, you will be notified, and you can keep your ACP service by paying the applicable undiscounted rate plus fees and taxes.
